Terms of service

These Terms govern your use of crawlseo.cloud and the crawlseo cloud service ("the Service"), operated by Hafin Mykhailo Yuriiovych, Individual Entrepreneur (FOP), Ukraine ("we", "us"). By joining the waitlist, creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

The open-source crawlseo software is licensed separately under the MIT license (https://github.com/crawlseo/crawlseo/blob/main/LICENSE). These Terms do not limit your rights under that license; they cover only the hosted Service.

The Service

crawlseo monitors your website's search performance and its visibility in AI assistants. It reads your Google Search Console data, crawls your site, and asks AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini) questions your customers ask, three times per question on a schedule, and stores their answers.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create an account or a purchase obligation. We send invites in small batches and do not promise a date.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16, and able to enter a contract. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it. You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account.

Your sites

You may add only sites you own or manage and have verified in Google Search Console. You may not use the Service to crawl or monitor sites you are not authorised to, or to put load on third-party servers.

What the results mean

AI assistants give different answers to the same question, and their answers change over time. Our numbers describe what the assistants answered when we asked, through their official APIs, which can differ from what a person sees in their app. We report what we measured and say when something could not be measured.

We do not promise that your site will appear in AI answers or search results. Nothing in the Service is legal, financial or professional advice.

Plans, trials and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Creem, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and invoices. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Plan details and prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay. If a plan includes a trial, its length and limits are shown before you start it, and you can cancel before it ends without being charged.

Where consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal or a refund, we respect it. Price changes do not affect a period you have already paid for, and we announce increases at least 30 days in advance.

Cancellation and your data

You can cancel at any time in your account settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. After that, your dashboard is locked and your data is kept for 60 days so you can return, then deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not offer a self-serve data export; ask through the contact page if you need your data under your legal rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law through the Service;
• attempt unauthorised access to the Service or to other users' data;
• scrape the Service or resell it without our written agreement;
• interfere with its operation or security;
• use it to harass anyone, or to manipulate AI assistants with deceptive content.

We may suspend accounts that break these Terms. In serious cases we may do so without notice.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design and its brand belong to us, except the open-source code, which is MIT-licensed. Your data stays yours; you give us the rights needed to operate the Service for you. Feedback you send may be used to improve the Service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Disputes and law

Please contact us first; we aim to answer within 14 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

Changes

We will post changes here with a new date and email account holders about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
